Why Do We Need A Why?

I’m going to discuss a bit of why you need to take some time if you haven’t already and create your why.

I’m going to go over a bit of the most overlooked three letter word in our vocabulary.  WHY?

We spend so much time on the HOW things work or are done.  We never get to exactly the why part of things.  Specifically I’m speaking of what is your WHY? 

I want you think about that for a moment as this is key to your success in any home business and or online business you plan to venture into.  I’m going to stress this technique and hope you find it valuable in your business and or life.

As a matter of fact, I’m even giving you some homework by the time you finish reading this little article.

In the world today as I mentioned previously we put a lot of emphasis on HOW things are done.  You might be out putting together a plan of action and your spouse, friends, family might say well how to you plan to get that done.  Have you ever had a situation where someone asked your opinion about something and then they ask you after your present it to them how to you plan on doing this.

The HOW is often so predominant that the WHY is sometimes completely forgotten, as if the WHY is of less importance. Nothing could be further from the truth. WHY you want something is infinitely more important than HOW you think you're going to achieve it.

If you’re reading this article, chances are you are a Send Out Cards Business Owner and Entrepreneur and there is a reason WHY? But do you know the reason WHY??  Or maybe you are not even involved yet with Send Out Cards business opportunity and are simply looking but haven’t made a decision do you know WHY? 

If for some reason this is unclear to you then it is time you found out.  If you are not achieving the results you would like to be achieving in your Send Out Cards Business and or current life, chances are very good that this is why.

Stay with me now. This is the time where you need to dig deep inside to find this out for sure.

To figure out what your WHY is may be just a simple as identifying what it is that you are looking for or searching for specifically.  That should be simple right?

Wrong…

If I asked you to write down 10 items that you would want minimum I bet you will find that it turns out to be a bit more difficult then you think.  Now this is the case for most people are you one of them.

Now I’m talking about being specific not just saying I want to make a lot of money because that is just a vehicle to get your WHY.  I want specifics like I want to quit my job on this specific day, I want a specific make and model of car, color, interior.  I want to put my kids through the best schools.

Here’s the interesting part…

Kids on the other hand have no problem asking for what they want. They'll come up with 10 items and more in no time, listing things you didn't even know exist. They don't worry about what others may think of it. All they know is that they want it. You see, kids have not yet been conditioned into thinking that they can’t have certain things. They just assume they can have anything they want, right?

And so can you. You just may not realize it yet.

Here’s a very effective exercise for you that will really bring to light exactly what it is that you want in life so you can pin point your WHY.

Figure out what it is that you DON’T want first and what you do want will become crystal clear. This is a technique called “clarity through contrast” and it basically states that when you observe what it is that you don’t want in life it then it delivers clarity which makes it clear what you do want.

Easy enough right? Here comes the hard part…

Now make a list of the things you DON’T want in life. It will only take you a few minutes and it’s actually a pretty fun exercise because when you actually come to terms with what you DON’T want it becomes clear what you DO want. The peace of mind you will experience by being clear is just, well very gratifying.

 After you’ve identified what it is you want, than you get to your all important WHY.

So why would you want all those things? Again, kids have the upper hand here. They'll be quick to point out why they want it all: mostly the fun they will have and the popularity it will give them. Ask yourself why do you want these things and as I ask that questions I bet your searching for some answers right now as you read this article.

Why would you want quit your job and own your own Send Out Cards?, Why would you want a bigger house?  Think really hard if you had no money issues and you could do anything what would that be.  You could go anywhere in the world where would you travel?  You could buy any car you wanted what and how many would you get?  Whatever it is, it's critical that you know.

Exactly HOW you plan to achieve your success is far less important, especially early on. Too much focus on the HOW early in the process can have a devastating effect. It could stop you dead in your tracks. I call it "Analysis Road Block"

If your current financial situation is temporarily down then you are actually probably thinking that financial independence is pretty farfetched that reaching it appears impossible journey.  You will probably sabotage yourself, before you even start because you feel it is just something you can’t envision or see.  As much as that may seem true now, it doesn't have to become your reality. Don’t sabotage yourself before you even start.

However, in order to get there you will probably have to overcome some serious hurdles. And for that to happen, you need a WHY strong enough to get up and take the necessary action and or risk. That WHY needs to be strong enough to pull you through the tough times that you may be experiencing now.

What sets the 3% from the 97%  is their WHY. That's what keeps them in the game. Their WHY is so strong that whatever gets in their way, they will find a way to deal with conquer and produce results. They don't have all the answers, but what they do have is an inner conviction that they can and will find the answers.

...And they are crystal clear about what they want.

Pinpointing your WHY is one of the most powerful ways to improve your chances of success with your ACN business and or network marketing business. So make sure that you know what your WHY is.  Make it so strong that achieving it becomes an absolute must for you and the HOW will absolutely reveal itself to you over time. Trust me.

Don’t forget your homework assignment. Make a list of the things you DON'T want and you will instantly see what you DO want. Your WHY will appear right before your eyes. Don’t take this assignment lightly. I’ve done this many times and it is quite dramatic what your new found clarity will bring you
